10A NCAC 67B .0101       PURCHASE OF SERVICE CONTRACTS

Services may be purchased through the following instruments:

(1)           Purchase contracts will be employed when reimbursement for the services purchased will be by the total cost or unit cost method; and

(2)           Vendor agreements will be employed when reimbursement for the services purchased will be the fixed rate method.
